EXCELLENT PATRIMONY OLIVE OIL FARMING COMPLEX IN JAEN, SPAIN
Has approximately 230 Hectares of which 190 Hect. are of irrigation by dripping and the rest of dry land.
The irrigation olive grove is constituted by 165Hect. of irrigation from a raft, that is provided of a stream
that happens through is contiguous of the property with its corresponding administrative concession of the
Hydrographic Confederation of the Guadalquivir. - Rest 25 Hect. approximately, are watered from the
Community of Regantes.
The property is well-known in the zone like great oil producer. Olive production has a mean efficiency of 23%.
Poduction oscillates between 1.5 to 2.1 million kilos of olives, Increasing gradually.- All the olives are grinded
in our own oil mill in the property, with which one is able to grind the all the olives 2 hours after collected.
The oil mill consists of patio of cleaning and washing and automatic weigher. - Two hoppers of reception of
olives of 40,000 kg, two hoppers of identical volume for alperujo and to be able to review directly it once
finished to the day of molturación and another hopper of reception of olive bone, start off is used to warm up
the necessary water for the oil mill and the great majority is sold.
In the factory complex is a decanter of 90,000 kg of olives every 24 hours of capacity reason why daily griding
all the olives and reviews all alperujo. - Two beaters of 10,000 kg of capacity exist to be able to make
comfortably the work as well as sufficient space made facilities for a second decanter, when it is wanted to
duplicate the capacity of the factory.
The warehouse stores 420,000 kg of olive oil in 8 stainless steel tanks. This warehouse is easily expandable by
modules to double its capacity.
Gentlemen’s House constructed of 800 m2, in perfect conditions (5 dormitories with its W.C. corresponding,
3 halls, dining room kitchen, laundry room and dormitory with wc for the service staff, garden, swimming
pool, orchard, offices and filing room. - House of caretakers, two important buildings and in the cleaning
patio sufficient garages for 8 tractors, 2 buggys Pellec, 6 tows, a “olivadora-recogedora” Pellec. - All the tile
roofs are canalized and lead to a rain tank of 1.000.000 of liters, sufficient for the consumption of the main
house and the factory with its corresponding electronic clorolímetro with certificate of the Inspection of Health.
The rest of water needed is provided of a deposit of 750 000 liters that is filled from a well of 175 000 liters/day.
All class of tools, electrical welding, compressing. 3 medium buildings, one of them of mechanical factory and
irrigation, tractor chain with Retro, 2 atomizadoras with sounding and four sweep of herbicidas, two of them
with sounding for opening-closes automatic.
The house is communicated with the warehouse, oil mill and the office without having to leave to the outside.
All the work is of own design with high quality.-The access to the property is thought asphalt road, being able
to enter and to leave truck-trailer without any difficulty. - The oil mill is to 300 meters of the main road.
There is Telephone and fax.-For residence of the olive harvesters, the property has 9 houses, where 36 workers
live, sufficient to collect in 40 days all the property production.
