EXCELLENT PATRIMONY OLIVE OIL FARMING COMPLEX IN JAEN, SPAIN
Has approximately 230 Hectares of which 190 Hect. are of irrigation by dripping and the rest of dry land.
The irrigation olive grove is constituted by 165Hect. of irrigation from a raft, that is provided of a stream
that happens through is contiguous of the property with its corresponding administrative concession of the
Hydrographic Confederation of the Guadalquivir. - Rest 25 Hect. approximately, are watered from the
Community of Regantes.
The property is well-known in the zone like great oil producer. Olive production has a mean efficiency of 23%.
Poduction oscillates between 1.5 to 2.1 million kilos of olives, Increasing gradually.- All the olives are grinded
in our own oil mill in the property, with which one is able to grind the all the olives 2 hours after collected.
The oil mill consists of patio of cleaning and washing and automatic weigher. - Two hoppers of reception of
olives of 40,000 kg, two hoppers of identical volume for alperujo and to be able to review directly it once
finished to the day of molturación and another hopper of reception of olive bone, start off is used to warm up
the necessary water for the oil mill and the great majority is sold.
In the factory complex is a decanter of 90,000 kg of olives every 24 hours of capacity reason why daily griding

The rest of water needed is provided of a deposit of 750 000 liters that is filled from a well of 175 000 liters/day.
